Delays on the part of the client in providing necessary materials or approvals may result in adjusted project schedules. Clients warrant that all materials, logos, images, and text provided to PsyConsulting are owned by the client or properly licensed, and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full and final payment of all outstanding invoices and fees, the client receives full ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for their project (including finalized logo files, website assets, and custom video edits). PsyConsulting retains all intellectual property rights to its pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates, proprietary frameworks, and general design methodologies utilized during project development.
Fees & Payment Terms
Payment terms, retainer schedules, and billing cycles are specified upon project kickoff or service selection. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in writing. PsyConsulting reserves the right to suspend ongoing work, pause active website hosting, or withhold final deliverables in the event of overdue or unpaid invoices.
