Refund Policy

At PsyConsulting, we are committed to delivering top-tier digital branding, website design, and marketing services tailored specifically to mental health professionals. All financial transactions, payment processing, multi-currency billing, and recurring subscription management are securely handled by Paddle.com as our authorized Merchant of Record and safe payment gateway, ensuring maximum security and compliance.

Because our services involve custom strategy, bespoke creative design, and dedicated resource allocation, initial deposits and onboarding fees paid via Paddle are non-refundable once work has officially commenced. For custom projects in progress, any cancellation request prior to completion will be evaluated on a pro-rata basis based on work delivered, and no refunds are issued once final design assets or websites are delivered and approved.

Recurring subscription packages billed through Paddle are non-refundable for the active billing cycle and can be canceled at least 7 days prior to the next billing date to prevent future renewals. All valid refund requests are reviewed in coordination with Paddle and, once approved, processed safely back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
